What was actually hotfixed: They fixed another issue, the client was crashing when multiple Raptors copied each other (probably related to the first Raptor being returned to the hand and replayed to copy its "own" copied deathrattles). It will allow the Hearthstone client to stay open, but it will immediately enter the "reconnecting" phase. Faster solution: Open the "quick menu" with notifications and turn off WiFi (untested with using mobile data!). It should now reconnect you to the running game.
